The Petitioners' grievance is that the conditions of fve years experience prescribed for the post of Health Inspector/Sanitary Inspector by the Pune Municipal Corporation under their Pune Municipal Corporation (Recruitment and Classifcation of Service) Rules, 2014, was discriminatory. However, learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that a representation would be fled by the Petitioners before the concerned authority and a direction be given to the same for consideration of the representation on merits.
