The applicant was granted interim relief by an order dated 21.4.2016.The reasons for granting the interim relief are mentioned in the said order. The learned APP submitted that in pursuance of the said order the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary however, the applicant may be directed to attend the Investigation Officer till the submission of charge sheet.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 21.4.2016 is hereby confirmed. However,the applicant is directed to attend the Investigation Officer as and when called for between 10.00

2 /2ABA-716-16-3 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the filing of charge sheet. 3.

It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the police station the Investigation Officer shall issue notice under Section 160 of the Cr.P.C. 4.
