Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By the impugned judgment and decree dated 7/10/2016 passed by learned Adhoc District Judge and Assistant Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Bombay in S.C.Suit No.7542 of 2003, the Appellants were directed to pay Rs.78,000/- with interest at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of suit till realisation on principal amount of Rs.50,000/- within three months from the date of the said order to the Plaintiff.

The execution, operation and implementation of the impugned order

hcs 2/2 43.caf1155.18.doc dated 7th October 2016 is stayed on the condition that the Applicants deposit entire decretal amount with interest in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.
