He would submit that the present Bail Application has become infructuous in view of the fact that the Applicant subsequently by the decision of Trial Court dated 26.09.2023 in MCOC Special Case No.9 of 2016 has been acquitted in the C.R.No.19 of 2016. 3.

He would further submit that pursuant thereto the Applicant has also demised on 24.12.2023.

Mr. Kadam undertakes to place a copy of judgment of acquittal of the Trial Court on the record of the present Bail Application for reference in the course of day.
