J.R.Mane 2 15- wp 6111-22.doc a. that, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Certiorari or a Writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, order of direction calling for the record and proceedings pertaining to Clause No.11.1 and 11.2 of the 'Guidelines Post-Matric Scholarships to the students belonging to Scheduled Castes for studies in India 2020-21 to 2025-26'' (at Exh-G) issued by the Respondent No.1 Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and Government Resolutions dated 17-32022 (at Exh-H) issued by the Respondent No.3 Social Justice and Special Assistance Department of Government and after examining its legality validity and propriety be pleased to quash and set aside the same."

This very prayer was subject matter of the large number of Petitions before the Division Bench of this Court at Aurangabad. By the Judgm12ent and order dated 5 December 2023 this Court has dismissed the Writ Petitions upholding the said impugned policy. That being the position and this is a view taken in the large number of Petitions in respect of various Institutions including the Association, as a matter of judicial propriety, we follow the same decision and dismiss these Petitions.

Writ Petition No. 6111/2022 and Writ Petition No.6112/2022 are dismissed.
