Six cheques totaling Rs.4,50,000/- are handed over by counsel for the petitioners to respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that he has received the said cheques.

The Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

It is made clear that in case the cheques are not realized, respondent No.1 is at liberty to apply for recall of these consent terms.
