This Interim Application is filed seeking stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 14 September, 2022 passed in MACT Application No. 560 of 2016 by MACT, Pune.

By an order dated 19 April, 2023, ad-interim relief in this Interim Application was granted, thereby directing the Insurance Company to deposit the entire awarded amount along with interest accrued thereon before the Tribunal within eight weeks from the date of passing of the order. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Insurance Company states that the Insurance Company has now deposited the entire awarded amount before the MACT, Pune. The Advocate for the Claimants has now filed the Interim Application for withdrawal of the awarded amount. V.A. Tikam 1/2

In view of the same, Interim Application No. 3891 of 2023 is allowed and the ad-interim order passed on 19 April, 2023 is hereby confirmed till the disposal of the First Appeal.
