Review of order dated 19th October, 2015 is being sought in this review petition which is filed after a delay of 515 days accordingly the civil application is also taken up. It is a matter of record that the order of which review is sought was passed on 19th October, 2015. On 29th October, 2015 the matter was listed once again for speaking to the minutes of the order as evident from order of same date. The ground set out in the review petition do not make out any case for reviewing the order. In the circumstances, the review petition is rejected.

In view of the rejection of the review petition, the civil application is also disposed of.
