The learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the first to third respondents tender Consent Terms of today's date. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants states that the Consent Terms have been signed by Shri S. Raghavendra Rao, Manager of the appellants. The learned counsel appearing for the first to third
suresh P2-FAG-1583.2009 respondents states that the first to third respondents have signed the Consent Terms and they are personally present in the Court. He states that the second and third respondents have attained majority. He states that the first to third respondents accept the correctness of the contents of the Consent Terms. 3.
From the cause title of the impugned Judgment, it appears that in the year 2005 the age of the second respondent was 13 years and the age of the third respondent was 11 years. 4.
The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "A" for identification. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Decree be drawn in terms of the Consent Terms. The appellants will be entitled to refund of Court fees as per the rules.

In view of disposal of the main appeal, Civil Application No.2164 of 2009 does not survive and it accordingly stands disposed of.
