DATE: 05 JANUARY 2015 P.C. :- 1] In order dated 10 December 2012, the statement of Mr. Karandikar, the learned counsel for respondent no. 2 that respondent no. 1 has expired was recorded. At that stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners applied for some time to take appropriate steps in the matter. Thereafter on 7 August 2013, none appeared for the petitioners. The learned counsel for respondent no. 2 once again stated that respondent no. 1 has expired since quite some time. The matter was stood over by four weeks so as to enable the petitioners to take necessary steps. 2] There is an endorsement in the farad sheet that this petition stands dismissed as against respondent no. 1 in terms of the order made by the Registrar (Judicial) on 20 February 2013. 1/2
