Learned A.P.P. has placed on record the copy of the order passed in the application fled by co-accused Ganesh Bhosale (Cri.Bail Application No.1998 of 2021) dated 04/08/2021. In the wake of the said order, when the material compiled in the charge-sheet is perused, I expressed my disinclination to entertain the application, on appreciating the evidence collated in the charge-sheet.
