The papers are allowed to be produced at 03.00 p.m. 2.

The petitioners as well as the contesting respondents agree that the petitioners have already impugned the orders dated 29th January,2018 and correctional order dated 26th March, 2018 passed by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai in RTS Appeal No.1117 of 2016 before the learned Minister. The learned Minister has already concluded the hearing and the said proceedings are closed for order. Statement is accepted. 3.

In view of this subsequent development, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not press this writ petition and seeks continuation of the ad-interim relief granted by this court on 16th

Ad-interim relief granted by this court on 16th April, 2018 to continue till disposal of the revision application filed by the petitioners before the learned Minister and for a period of two weeks from the date of the communication of the order that may be passed by the learned Minister if the same is adverse against the petitioners. 5.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No order as to costs.
