Heard Mr. Aniket Ranade, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. This Civil Application is taken out seeking setting aside the order dated 11th December 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial -II).

By order dated 11th December 2018, the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) granted four weeks time to remove office objections, failing which registration of Second Appeal was directed to be 1/2

36-cas-126-2020.doc Pallavi refused along with all Interim Applications/Civil Applications without reference to the Court.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Order dated 11th December 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is quashed and set aside.

Applicant to remove office objections within a period of 12 weeks from today.

5.

Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
