By this application the applicant has sought to condone the delay and to restore the first appeal, registration of which has been refused for non compliance of the conditional order. 2.

By order dated 10/08/2018 the applicant was given four weeks time to remove office objections. The applicant was notified that failure to remove office objections would lead to refusal of Ajay

The applicant failed to remove office objection and as a result thereof the Registry has refused registration of the appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks.

In the light of the said statement, and for the reasons stated in para No.2 to 4 of the application, which in my view constitute sufficient grounds, delay is condoned. Registry to register the appeal, upon removal of office objections.
