For the reasons already recorded in the order dated 22 May 2015 this Court had directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear for the First Year B.D.S. Examination with a clarification that the petitioner's result shall not be declared until further orders of this Court.

The petitioner was granted admission on a reserved seat prior to 14 November 2014. There is no reason for withholding declaration of the petitioner's result at the First year 1/2

w4217.15 B.D.S. Examination. Accordingly, it is directed that respondent no.2 - University shall declare the petitioner's result along with other students at the first year B.D.S. Examination conducted in May 2015.

In view of the order dated 22 May 2014 the writ petition is allowed by directing the respondents to proceed on the basis that the petitioner's admission to the B.D.S. on a reserved seat prior to 14 November 2014 will not be disturbed and the petitioner will be permitted to complete the studies in the B.D.S. course in accordance with law.
