This Petition challenges the election process. The Petitioners have sought directions to include the Petitioners' names in the final voters list for the election of Respondent No.3Bholawade Vividh Karyakari Seva Co-operative Society Limited, Bholawade, Bhor, District-Pune, which was to be held in 2021. The Petition filed on 22 April 2022 has remained pending. The election process would be over. Therefore nothing survives in this Petition.
