3] Neither Undertaking is produced nor amount of compensation is paid. Extension of time is sought to furnish Undertaking so also for payment of amount.

4] If the Order dated 16th June, 2022 is not complied with by 23rd July, 2022, Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court, as the Petitioner has failed to show bonafides and comply with the assurance given before this Court.
