The present Petition is filed against the interim order dated 10/03/2015 passed by the respondent No.10 in R.T.S. Revision Application No. 560 of 2014. By order dated 24/11/2015 passed by this Court, notice was issued to the respondents and it was ordered that until the next date, parties shall maintain status-quo in respect of entries in survey record. 2.
The Revision filed by the petitioner before respondent No. 10 is still pending. Today, when the matter came up for admission, the learned Counsel for the petitioner 1/3
urges that he will be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No. 10 to dispose of the Revision Application No. 560 of 2014 expeditiously. It is accordingly directed that respondent No. 10 may finally hear and decide the Revision Application No. 560 of 2014 on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from today. The petitioner as well as respondents No. 1 to 8 to appear before respondent No. 10 on 24/10/2016 at 11.00. a.m. Respondent No. 10 shall give due opportunity to the parties of hearing and proceed to finally decide Revision Application No. 560 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of 3 months from 24/10/2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has requested that the interim order passed by this Court on 24/11/2015 may be continued till the disposal of the Revision before respondent No.10. Learned Counsel for respondents No. 1 to 8 does not seriously object to this request. However, learned Counsel for respondents No. 1 to 8 submits that prior to the passing of the interim order dated 24/11/2015, certain entries were already 2/3
recorded in the survey record. Be that as it may, the order dated 24/11/2015 shall continue to operate during the pendency of the Revision.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
