The applicant is the original complainant. She is seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 14th March, 2018.

The learned Sessions Judge while allowing the application for bail has observed that the complainant is a married women. There was physical relationship between the complainant and accused with promise to marry. The reason for filing FIR is breach of promise to marry.

I do not find any reason to interfere in the order passed by the Sessions Court granting bail to the respondent No.2. Hence, application is rejected.
