The petitioner has sent an application on 25.03.2013 addressed to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. It appears that the petitioner is handicapped and has requested for change in duty.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is handicapped, we direct the concerned authority to give him the duty which would suit his physical condition, after ascertaining the said fact, if his request is not already accepted.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
