After hearing learned counsel for Petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief of quashing for FIR, learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C., if Police submits final report/charge-sheet as contemplated under Section 173(2) of the Cr.P.C., before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
