The prayer in communication dated 29/03/2017 made by prisoner is to expedite trial. 2] Learned APP has pointed out that on 3rd February, 2017 while passing order on Criminal Bail Application No.949 of 2016, this Court had taken note of fact that four witnesses were already examined. The 10th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Andheri was directed to proceed to record evidence without any undue adjournments.

3] This order perhaps was not within knowledge of the prisoner, when he forwarded the letter.

4] In this situation, we dispose of present petition. The order of this Court be served upon the prisoner, if he is still in jail.
