In view of the ordinance dated 15.06.2015 and 22.09.2015, as well as the application filed by the complainant for transfer the complaint to the competent Court at Jharkhand, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition in the event it is held that the Court in Mumbai has jurisdiction to try the case. All points and contentions are kept open.
