This is an application for intervention in CR No.357/2014 registered with Kasturba Marg Police Station. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (8).

2) The applicant in ABA NO.297/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.3.The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the respondent within the said stipulated period. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
