Registry informed that a report dated 11/7/2016 is submitted by the Police Inspector attached to Loni Kalbhor Police Station, addressed to Assistant Registrar of this court, stating therein that appellant - Subhadra Haribhau Chaudhary, resident of Naigaon, Taluka Haveli, District - Pune was reported to be dead on 29/10/2013. A death certificate is also placed on record.

In view of the above, appeal stands abated.
