The four petitioners are the employees of respondent no.1. At their instance Reference (IT) No.10 of 2014 was moved for revision of wages. By the order dated 4th December,2014 the Industrial Tribunal has held that the Reference at the instance of the petitioners is not maintainable. Thereafter the petitioners filed the application at Exh.U-13 for stay of the Reference until Application (MRTU) No.4 of 2015, filed for seeking cancellation of respondent no.2 recognized union is decided. That application is filed by another registered union. The Tribunal rejected application in view of it's order dated 4th December, 2012. In the facts of the case there could not have been any other order passed by the Tribunal. Hence the petition is dismissed. (SMT. R. P. SONDURBALDOTA, J.)
