By this Petition, the petitioner has impugned an order dated 20th February, 2019 passed by respondent No.2 under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The petitioner is daughter-in-law of respondent No.1. Both are widows.

Today, the petitioner and respondent No.1 have tendered photostat copy of the consent terms dated 10th May, 2021 duly signed by petitioner and respondent No.1 so also their respective Advocates and undertake to file original consent terms in the Registry within two days. Statement is accepted.

The dispute has been amicably settled amongst the petitioner and respondent No.1. I have personally verified about genuineness of the consent terms from the petitioner and respondent No.1 through Video Conferencing. I am satisfied that the parties have amicably settled their dispute in view of the consent terms. The parties are no more at loggerheads and want to buy piece.

In that view of the matter, photostat copy of the consent terms is taken on record and marked 'X'

for identification.

In view of the consent terms, nothing survives in the Petition and as such, it stands disposed of.

In view of the consent terms, the impugned order passed by respondent No.2 stands set aside.
