1) This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.117/2017 registered with Malad Police Station, Mumbai For the reasons stated in the application application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

2) The applicant in ABA No.605 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served to the original complainant within the said stipulated period.

3) Application is disposed of accordingly.
