Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the advocate for the Applicant undertakes to remove all office objections in the First Appeal, following order is passed:

a.

Order dated 10/07/2012 passed by the Registrar is set aside.

b.

First Appeal ((ST)) No.15402/2011 is restored to file.

c.

The Applicant is directed to remove all office objections within 4 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
