Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, at the outset, tenders separate reports dated 22nd June, 2017 of the Special Executive Magistrate cum Assistant Police Commissioner, Azad Maidan Division, Mumbai, in respective petitions. Perusal of the same discloses that the chapter proceedings, which are the subject matter of the above writ petitions, have been closed. The said reports are taken on record. 2.

In the light of the above reports, Mr.Doijode, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly stated that the petitions have been rendered infructuous. The writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of having rendered infrutuous.
