Learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks liberty to withdraw this appeal from order with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. Appeal from order is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs. The adinterim protection granted by this court on 7th July, 2015 to continue for a period of two weeks from today. In view of the withdrawal of appeal from order, civil application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. If the appellants file any other proceedings, the respondents shall be served with notice and papers and proceedings 48 hours in advance.
