By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 29th December, 2017, passed by respondent No.2-Corporation, under which, the petitioner is kept under suspension pending disciplinary enquiry.

Mr. Bukhari, learned senior counsel for the respondents, makes a statement that subsequent to the passing of the impugned order, disciplinary enquiry was initiated against the petitioner and same is concluded also. The petitioner participated in the said enquiry. The petitioner thereafter was given notice to show cause as to why his services should not be terminated. The petitioner has given reply to this notice. Mr.Bukhari, learned senior counsel, makes a statement that the Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
21 wp 4843.19.doc decision in this regard would be taken as expeditiously as possible. The statement is accepted.

In view of the above, Mr. Oak, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter, and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open.
