This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already submitted the documents of surety however, the process of verification and report from the concerned authority is not yet completed. It may take 4-months time to complete the whole process. In view of the above, the period to furnish surety as directed by an order dated 13.1.2017 is hereby extended by six weeks from today.
