By way of amendment prayer clause a1 has been incorporated seeking order of injunction restraining the defendants from creating third party rights in respect of suit bungalow and the suit land. 2.

Second Appeal has already been admitted by order dated 21st April 2023. By order of 21st April 2023 passed in the present Civil Application, ad-interim relief has been granted in terms of prayer clause (a-1). The same is confirmed as interim relief pending the hearing and final disposal of the Appeal .
