The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 submits that Respondent No.2 has terminated the Lease Agreement with the Petitioner. In view of this, Petitioner has no right now to challenge the impugned Resolutions passed by the Village Panchayat. 2.

Petition is accordingly disposed of, reserving the right of the Petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
