Petitioner claims that its application for grant of fitness certificate to about 15 trucks and to allow few trucks which have to taken out of Pune to be brought back at Pune, after getting appropriate verification, pending before the respective authorities. It is stated that in the absence of fitness certificate, it has become impossible for the petitioner to run its business as its entire business has come to standstill.

A Prayer has been made to dispose of this petition by directing respondents to consider and take appropriate decision on

the petitioner's pending applications for grant of fitness certificate and to allow its few vehicles to be brought back after necessary permission. According to the petitioner, 15 trucks require immediate testing for grant of fitness certificate. 3.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP we dispose of this petition by directing the competent authority of the respondents to consider petitioner's applications for grant of fitness and other related applications and take appropriate decision on them as expeditiously as possible but not latter than four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of. 5.
