P.C.:- The present Application was heard yesterday and when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant relief in view of the decision of this Court in the case of Suraj @ Gundya Manohar Macharekar Vs. The State of Maharashtra dated 24th November, 2018 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 865 of 2018, the learned counsel had made a request to post the matter in the afternoon session.

When the matter was called out for hearing in the afternoon session, the learned counsel was absent and with a view to grant an opportunity to the learned counsel for the Applicant, the present Application was posted for hearing today.

Today, also none appeared for the Applicant.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
