The order impugned in the petition can be challenged by way of statutory appeal under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

The Appellate Authority shall decide the interim application within one week from the date of appearance of the parties. 3.

Parties shall appear before the Appellate Authority on 19th April 2024.

Therefore, keeping all questions raised in the petition open to be agitated before the Appellate Authority, the writ petition is disposed of on the ground of availability of the alternative statutory remedy.
