My attention has been drawn to the order dated 3rd May 2011 passed by this Court (Coram : Mrs.Roshan Dalvi, J) in Criminal Application No.603 of 2010.

Under the circumstance, though I am not inclined to suspend the finding of conviction, it goes without saying that the appeal should be listed on the final hearing board in accordance with the said order.

The application is rejected.

However, the appeal be listed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 8th June 2015. 6.
