This is an application for stay of the impugned judgment and order dated 19.1.2016 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kolhapur in MACP No.535 of 2013. However, the appellant - insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount and out of the said amount, 50% has been allowed to be withdrawn by the claimants. The learned Counsel for the appellant has therefore prayed that the stay to the impugned order granted earlier be confirmed.

Under the circumstances, the stay granted to the impugned order dated 19.1.2016 by this Court on 26.4.2016 is confirmed and the same shall continue pending appeal.
