The present Applicant is accused no.2. He along with one Anand (accused no.1), who was armed with knife entered the house of the deceased. Accused No.1 assaulted the deceased with the said knife and the present Applicant assaulted the injured witness Suresh by means of kicks and fists. This story of prosecution is supported by PW-3 (the injured witness). 2.

In the backdrop of above circumstances, we do not think this to be a fit case for grant of bail. Hence, application for bail is rejected.
