Heard learned counsel for the applicant. None for the respondents though served.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that there is delay of 193 days in preferring the first appeal in accident claim for enhancement of compensation.

The learned counsel for the applicant points out from the
2/2 29 caf 3425.18.doc application particularly from Paragraph-2 onwards that sufficient cause has been given for condonation of delay. It is further submitted that delay is not intentional but bonafide.

Though the respondents are served, none appeared for Respondents. In absence of any rebuttal to the said facts, I find that the reasons given in the application are sufficient for condonation of delay. Accordingly, I pass the following order:
ORDER
i) The Application for condonation of delay is allowed. ii) The delay caused in filing First Appeal is condoned. The office is requested to register the First Appeal and place the same before the Court for admission.
