Pursuant to the praecipe filed by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the matter is taken on production board.

By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to restore the present Appeal from Order with Civil Application (ST) No.5953/2019 which stood dismissed in view of conditional order dated 14.03.2019 for non removal of office objections.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Time to remove all office objections as per order dated 14.03.2019 is extended till 29.06.2019.

b) Civil application (ST) No.5953/2019 and the present Appeal from Order are restored to file for hearing on merits.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
