The Applicant was released on pre-arrest bail by order dated 21/03/2022. It is stated that the Applicant has furnished bail bonds. The Applicant states that the investigating officer has not interrogated him. 2.

In the event, the investigating officer desires to interrogate the Applicant, he shall give necessary 48 hours notice to the Applicant. The Applicant shall report to the investigating officer as and when required for the purpose of interrogation.
