The Applicant has filed a complaint under section 500 of the IPC. his grievance is that the statement of the Applicant on oath has not been recorded since March since the Court was lying vacant. megha Page No.1 of 2

In the circumstances, it is directed that learned Magistrate, who is Incharge of the Court shall look into the grievance of the Applicant and shall take the case at least for recording of statement on oath and for deciding as to whether process as prayed can be issued or not.
