The civil application is filed for seeking permission to amend the cause title of the writ petition in terms of schedule 'A' at Exh.B to the application. Mr. Kakde, the learned A.G.P. has no serious objection to allow the said amendment.

In that view of the matter especially since the petition is pending for admission, we are allowing this application in terms of prayer clause (A). Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week. The Applicant to serve the amended copy of the petition to the Respondents. Registry to place the writ petition for admission two weeks thereafter.
