The rejection of the application for stay filed by the Petitioners by the impugned order dated 23.03.2016 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. It appears that pursuant to the rejection of the application for stay, the names of the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 have been mutated in the revenue record. The Petitioners' Revision Application however is as yet pending, it is therefore made clear that the said mutation in the name of the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 would be subject to the result of the Revision Application as also the subject to the result of the civil proceedings being RCA No.66 of 2016. With the aforesaid clarification, the Writ Petition is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] BGP.
