By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation from MIDC Police Station to any other Police Station. 2.

Learned APP states that the MIDC Police, after investigation, have filed a 'C' Summary report in the said case in January, 2023 and that the petitioner (Original complainant) has been Wakodikar 1/2

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
