The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant/ Appellant for being permitted to effect substituted service on the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 by publishing notice in two local newspapers i.e. "Free Press Journal" in English and "Navshakti" in Marathi having circulation in Mumbai. The reasons why recourse to substituted service is required to be taken are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to be served by publishing notice in local newspapers BGP.
