This is an application for temporary bail for a period of 6 days from 2.5.2017 to 7.5.2017 on the ground of marriage of real sister of the applicant. The applicant is an accused in CR No. I-17 of 2017 registered with APMC Police Station, Navi Mumbai under Section 378(1)(3) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2) The learned APP submitted that the Investigation Officer has verified the facts and it is true that the real sister of the applicant is scheduled to be married on 4.5.2017 at Mangalore, State of Karnataka. In view of the fact that the real sister of the applicant is scheduled to be married on 4.5.2017 the applicant can be released on temporary bail for the aforesaid period.

3) Hence the following order.

a) The applicant be released on temporary bail in CR No. I 17 of 2017 registered with APMC Police Station, Navi Mumbai on 11.00 a.m. of 1.5.2017 to 7.5.2017 on

2 /2BA-973-17-946 his furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- and cash bail of Rs.50,000/- .

b) The applicant shall surrender to the Jail Authorities on or before 5.00 p.m. of 7.5.2017. After the applicant surrendered to the Jail Authorities, the Jail Authorities shall refund cash bail taken by it to the applicant within a period of 7 days thereafter. c) Cash bail be deposited with the Trial Court or the J.M.F.C. Court at Vasai.

d) When on bail the applicant shall not tamper with the conditions and/or evidence.

e) All the concerned to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the registry of this Court. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
